“Rebirth” is the title of the Grammy award-winning rapper Lil Wayne.
This CD stands out from the rest of the rapper’s work as it will mainly be a rock album. Maybe that’s exactly why this very name has been chosen for Lil Wayne’s seventh album.
However, apart from the rock songs “Rebirth” will also include some rap songs which testifies to the fact that the rapper wants to remain faithful to his artistry.
The album is scheduled on November 24, 2009, though the official CD release date was set in April 2009. The release date was delayed because Lil Wayne wanted everything to be flawless.
The first single of the album, “Prom Queen,” is already a great success. It was on top of the Billboard 100 and will definitely enjoy popularity for a long time. Another song that is also included in the album is called “I’m Not Human.” As for the other songs of the album they are sure to follow in the steps of the first single.
Lil Wayne has collaborated with Fall Out Boy and Shanell of Young Money for the upcoming album.
The coming year is also expected to be promising for Lil Wayne. Inspired by the success of his latest album “Tha Carter III,” the rapper is planning production of another album entitled “Tha Carter IV” after the release of “Rebirth.” Let’s look forward to the highly anticipated new album release by Lil Wayne.
