Multi-platinum and three-time Grammy Award nominated English R&B and pop singer Leona Lewis, 24, will releases her upcoming album titled “Echo.” The CD release date is set for November 16 in the UK and November 17 in the US.
Among the producers of the album are Justin Timberlake, Timbaland, Xenomania, Simon Cowell, Clive Davis, Ryan Tedder, Ne-Yo and others. Leona also collaborated with Will.i.am, Jay-Z and Infamous on ballads and dance music. Since Leona is a big fan of Coldplay some of her songs are influenced by this prodigy rock band.
The track “Don’t Let Me Down” was produced by Timbaland. The producer of “I Got You” is Max Martin. The first single “Happy,” which is produced and written by Ryan Tedder, made its Internet debut on September 15.
Leona Lewis wants her forthcoming album to be multi-genred including R&B, pop, rock and dancefloor genre tracks. The singer announced that she feels very confident about her forthcoming album. She is not going to be listed among the one-album wonders. ”Echo” is sure to be a success as so many talented pop and rock stars are involved in the production of Leona’s upcoming CD.
This is the singer’s second studio album, first one being “Spirit” released in 2007. In the UK “Spirit” became the best-selling album of 2007. Leona Lewis expects “Echo” to gain the same success and fame.
