Pop queen Madonna will release “Iconography” on September 22, 2009.
Her fans all over the world are already impatiently waiting for her latest album which will include two discs of her greatest, most famous hits as well as new songs.
“Iconography,” Madonna’s twelfth album, follows ”Hard Candy” which was released in 2008. It is predicted to be an unbelievable success as it accumulates all the previous album songs’ fame and excellence.
Born Madonna Loise Veronica Ciccone in the US, the singer boasts Italian ancestors. Madonna has gained her fame and world recognition not only as a singer but as a songwriter, writer and actress. She is really a living legend, a fabulous artist and an inspiration for so many of her fans. Her film collection includes several movies, while she won a Golden Globe as best actress in a musical in 1997.
During the summer Madonna was on tour to promote her latest album “Iconography.” This 85-show tour called “Sticky & Sweet” was a great occasion for her 3.5 million fans in 32 countries. It may be considered the second most successful tour ever made in the music world, following the Rolling Stones’ “A Bigger Bang” tour.
Even if you have all of Madonna’s recordings or are listening to her music online, be sure to pick up a copy of “Iconography” as it’s going to be an awesome album.
