Many teens grew up listening to Avril Lavigne’s pop songs. Her songs were close to their hearts as she spoke the same language as many teens.
Twenty-four year old singer, songwriter and actress Avril Lavigne who is actually from Canada decided to release a new album after a two-year break.
The pop punk princess’s forthcoming CD release date is set on November 14, 2009. Avril has announced that this album is going to be different from the rest of the albums.
The album is all about emotions and feelings, all about life. It can be considered a more grown-up album. The producer of the pop princess’s fourth studio album is her husband, Deryck Whibley, frontman of Sum 41. Avril Lavigne is also collaborating with Butch Walker, the frontman of the band Marvelous. He is an American singer, record-producer and songwriter who has written the famous songs “My Happy Ending” and “When You’re Gone” by Avril Lavigne.
The new album carries songs that are produced by her husband Butch Walker, and also songs that Avril wrote when a teenage girl of 15. As Avril assures, not so many people worked on the album. It is more of a stripped-down rock CD with acoustic guitars and Avril’s vocal.
The pop punk princess admits that it was rather an easy task to write naughty boyish pop-rock, punk-rock and teen-pop songs, but to write and sing something that is too close to your heart and too much yours is more difficult.
Avril’s debut album was titled “Let Go,” the second one “Under My Skin” and the third studio album “The Best Damn Thing.” However, her forthcoming album is not titled yet.
Avril Lavigne’s talent was first noticed by her mother, from whom she inherited the gift of singing. In her early childhood she began singing church songs. The career of the future pop-punk princess was set by appearing on the same stage with the well-known Canadian singer Shania Twain and also being discovered by her first manager Cliff Fabri. These events smoothed out her later path and helped her become the Avril Lavigne we know today.
