Michael Jackson: The Death Of The LegendMichael Jackson, the 50-year-old world-famous pop singer, has died. According to The New York Times he died on June 25th at 2:26 pm purportedly of cardiac arrest at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. The nature of his death has yet to be confirmed.

The “King of Pop” was preparing for his 50th anniversary concert, which was to be held in England. He was also working on his upcoming album. Unfortunately, we don’t know what will come to be of  his latest album.

Michael Jackson was born on August 29, 1958 in Gary, Indiana. Jackson’s family was a big one: Joe Jackson and Katherine Esther had nine children. Michael Jackson was the seventh child in the family.

Michael’s career started in “The Jackson 5″ when singing with his siblings at the age of 6. The group was a great success for Michael and his siblings. They became idols not only for black listeners, but for the white public as well.

Michael Jackson’s success in his solo career was indescribable. He did the same as Beatles and Elvis Presley had once done, if not more. In the height of his solo career, after the release of the album “Thriller” he had become the biggest star in the whole world.

No one can fully describe the amount of contribution he has made to the world of music. The influence of his songs on the world is enormous. He’s a real legend in the world of music, a legend who sold more than 750 million albums, a legend who once released the world’s best selling album of all time, “Thriller.”

The whole world is shocked by the horrifying news. The Jackson family and Michael Jackson’s fans are in tears, unable to find encouragement and consolation.

The world has lost the “King of Pop,” but his voice will always be heard. His songs will be learned by heart by coming generations, and his clothes and gestures will always be imitated. Michael Jackson will never die. Legends never do.
